Kel, you should also check out the Nova marathon episode from public television since you're of the trainer/science mindset...you should be able to order it from the public television website or off Netflix.

Hey Kel,
Thanks for that link, looks like I'm lucky and have a showing in my city. By the way, have you heard about the documentary with the 3 guys who run across the Sahara? Matt Damon will be narrating when it comes out, but I have no idea when that will be...any clue? I was thinking Matt Damon's presence alone would give it a lot of press but I haven't really heard anything.

Looks like the running is coming along nicely, hope to see you on Feb 2.
